Before working with Ramos Athletic Club, I struggled to break past a 225 squat. After working with Coach Moi, he took the time to assess my form, build a solid foundation, and design a program tailored to my goals. We focused on improving my mobility, dialing in technique, and progressively building strength with structured programming. Now, after consistent effort and guidance, I’ve hit a 395 squat! I never thought this kind of progress was possible, but RAC made it happen.
